Anchorage, AK. -- January 3, 2017 -- GeoNorth Information Systems, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Tatitlek Corporation and a leader in geospatial and technology solutions today announced it has completed delivery of more than 270,000 km2 Spot 6 and Spot 7 (hereafter Spot) imagery to the State of Alaska’s Department of Natural Resources (DNR) to refresh the existing 2.5m resolution statewide basemap. This include refreshes of the Kodiak, Nunivak and St. Matthews Islands as well as the entire SE panhandle and large portions of the Yukon Delta region and the Alaska Peninsula.
